Heart of Sitges | A New Way of Living History Located in the heart of Sitges, this project reinterprets two existing residences to create a spacious, harmonious home full of character. The original architecture and heritage elements engage in dialogue with noble materials, carefully considered lighting, and a serene design that highlights the site's history through a contemporary lens. It is important to highlight that the façade of the building where the flat is located is listed. One of the key challenges of this project was the presence of walls that could not be removed or modified. However, rather than becoming a limitation, these walls became key elements of the design and helped create a unique and distinctive layout within the flat. Regarding the finishes used throughout the project, noble and elegant materials were selected to create a harmonious contrast with the character of the owners. The project was defined by meticulous attention to detail. Every element, from the furniture selection to the lighting, textiles and decoration, was carefully chosen to achieve a sensitive and harmonious atmosphere throughout the flat.
